Given the nature of our business—providing non-tangible, customized, and time-sensitive digital, consultative, and corporate compliance services—our refund policy is structured to be fair while reflecting the work and regulatory costs incurred immediately upon service commencement.

1. General Policy and Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all services offered by Glosaas Ventures Limited, including but not limited to IT Consulting, Digital Marketing, Company Formation, and Virtual Services.

  • Non-Refundable Services: Due to the immediate allocation of resources, commitment to third parties (such as government registries or payment processors), and initiation of bespoke work, most of our services are considered non-refundable once the process has begun.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered only under specific, limited conditions as outlined below.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Submit Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to your assigned Account Manager or to support@glosaas.com within 7 days of the purchase date.
  2. Provide Details: The request must include your full name, company name, invoice number, the specific service purchased, and a detailed reason for the refund request.
  3. Review: Glosaas Ventures Limited will review your request against the eligibility criteria above and verify the stage of service completion.
  4. Decision: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 10 business days of receiving the written request.

4. Approved Refunds

  • Deductions: Any approved refund will be issued minus non-recoverable costs, including third-party fees, government charges, and a reasonable administrative fee for work already performed.
  • Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment (credit card, bank account) used for the purchase.
  • Timeline: Please allow 15–20 business days for the refund to be processed and funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
